The rest of the year (from September 15 to May 31):
One week: € 450
For a weekend stay, please get in touch.
The cleaning, electricity and central heating are included in the price.
The sheets and towels are included and you will find the beds made.
Tourist tax is not included.
TIME
Arrival is after 16.00 hrs and departure before 10.00 hrs.
CONDITIONS
Conditions for renting the apartment:
Security deposit: € 300
Swimming pool: free (in the season when the pool is open)
Animals: not accepted
The holiday apartment is non-smoking
Tourist tax: not included in the price
Down payment: 1/3 of the rental price.
